This builds on the work in #94 by adding a workflow that publishes the Docker container to GitHub's package registry.
I've based this on a workflow I've used in other projects. On every commit that gets merged to
master, it will build the Docker container for ARM64 and x86-64 and push it to ghcr, tagged with the full commit hash andlatest. Tagged commits will also be published and the Docker container will have the same tag as the git tag.
